Yes, I&#039;ve used this technique or variations of it. A great and quick way to kind of shake yourself back to reality or shake the thoughts out of you...lol.

Sometimes, if I&#039;m really down, it&#039;s not always a good idea for deep meditation as it may make me concentrate more on what I&#039;m trying to get away from. I&#039;m so thankful today, that I have great coping skills - learned from many sources. I think this little exercise is actually far more effective than many folks would believe.
