		<description>Isabella, these are wonderful ideas on combating both the holiday blues and S.A.D.  I&#039;ve had both.  I have done these things you suggest and they really help.  I&#039;d like to add that forcing yourself out for a walk is a great idea too.  It&#039;s a tough thing to do when you&#039;re feeling down, but it makes a big difference. Even just going around a city block helps if that&#039;s all you can do - but forcing yourself out there at least once a day will lift your spirits.  At the very least it makes your body feel better, and that helps everything else.</description>
