		<description>Hi Isabella,

Your article made me think of my daily ritual with my daughter, which we do when she&#039;d just crawled into bed: she gets to tell me what was the best part of the day.

Now, that moment of intimacy filled with gratitude and delight of the day past, has become part of &#039;that day&#039;s best parts of the day&#039;.

**
What you focus on increases (law of attraction 101). So, by going back to feeling your recent delight, you are actually bringing in more delight in your present moment plus future as well! So, keep those calls coming!

I hope I can always have confidence like this.

I love Scarlett&#039;s saying in Gone with the Wind:

Tomorrow is another day!

<description>Wow now there&#039;s something to truly think about! I&#039;ve often looked for delight and ended up with gratification instead - I&#039;m starting to catch myself when I go for the &quot;instant fix&quot; now but I still falter. Great post!
