		<description>I really appreciate you honesty.  I too understand that metaphor.  For me, journaling has been a fantastic outlet as is blogging.  My current blog, I will go back to sharing more of my entries with current commentary...it is helpful for me to see how far I&#039;ve come and painful to see what it has been like for me.  I know from the emails and comments that I speak the words that others cannot find.
