Just wanted to thank you for your comment on my weight-loss post. You had a very good point. I feel a little bad for not considering that point of view, since I've always been pretty skinny. But it's definitely true that some people may strongly dislike what they see on the scale. I noticed that you have an RSS link, but no email subscription service. Have you considered using Feedburner? It's always good to give your readers more ways to keep up. I didn't create the design for my blog, so I don't know if there's any reggae connections, but it is a genre of music that I've been wanting to look into.
