No doubt there are a large variety of factors which contribute to the relationship between income levels and health. 

I wonder if the same relationship applies for income levels and general happiness.

It is not only about income but status.  And the improvement in health is due to status not income alone.  The difference is agency.

It is a remarkable and revolutionary book.  He isn&#039;t the greatest writer in the world but the importance of the content make up for it.</description>
