I love the poem “what cancer cannot do” I just lost my grandmother back in august from brain cancer. And I just found out today my other grandmother has cancer.

Thank you! My mother just told us she has breast cancer, I know this is happening to her but I needed support so bad, to understand what she is feeling and going through. Thank you again

Me neither. I can tell you though if I did face the challenge of cancer I would want poems like that to comfort me. It is an excellent telling … a purging. This is what it means to be human and mortal.
