		<description>Dear Isabella,

My thanks as well for the mention. I was thrilled to discover ideas from Buddhism at the roots of Dialectical Behavior Therapy, a leading treatment for Borderline Personality Disorder. I am glad for your blog and all those who continue the co-learning of Buddhist and Western therapies.

With a bow,

justin

		<description>The idea of the empty bowl ritual is simply beautiful. It reminds me of the Jewish tradition of setting out wine and an extra place for Elijah at the Passover table - a celebration of liberation and hope. Both seem to fit together, no?

		<description>&quot;if i believe that i am deficient, it will usually come through in my communication with others. when i believe in my own strength and worthiness, i can deal with societal stigma from a place of strength.&quot;
