		<description>Holding it isn&#039;t a good idea health wise, you should feel the urge long before the panic aspect sets in. I think as a society we put off going to the bathroom when we feel the normal urge to, because we would rather be doing anything else but visiting the cold bowl. I think it is a reflection of our society that we hold out as long as we can to the point of panic and pain.

Of course if you are suffering from some sort of health problem that brings on sudden bowel movements or urges to urinate, that is totally different, but I don&#039;t think that is what you mean.
