Way to go Isabella!

Thought I would check in after the half way point to see if you were still at this and indeed you are!

This is just another of your many contributions to CMHA as a volunteer and we thank you very much for all of it.

You are demonstrating the volunteer spirit that is so important to so much of what CMHA does. Volunteering can be active, engaging, fulfilling and an important contribution to the mental health of everybody who does it and of everybody who recieves the benefit of it. I know that it has contributed to my own mental health. Assuming it is done respectfully (and that is certainly the way you do it) it is doing unto others as you would have others do unto you. That may be an old fashioned goal but it is one that is based on the truth and has survived for generations.

For any one of your readers interested in learning about the way that volunteering contributes to the work of CMHA, they can read all about it at our website at http://vancouver-burnaby.cmha.bc.ca/

Keep up the good work Isabella and thanks again.
